$14,000 in cash and prizes handed out at 2011-2012 W.P.K.A GOLDSTAR SERIES

The Supreme Kart Supplies W.P.K.A Goldstar Series for 2011/2012 finished with a bang and a shower of cash at KartSport Manawatu over Queens Birthday weekend.

All competitors that competed in every round not only had the chance to win spot prizes and vouchers but also a share of $10,000 cash given away at the final event. At a minimum, competitors won $100 back, half the entry fee for the series.

Wayne Zaloum, W.P.K.A Goldstar President says “feedback from competitors at this year’s W.P.K.A Goldstar series was that it was the most successful event that has been run. We owe a huge thank you to our sponsors that made it all happen especially Supreme Kart Supplies, Kiwi Karts, Right Karts, MIR Racewear, Lascom Motorsport, Napier Collision Repair Centre and Manawatu Toyota.

“We aim to make the series bigger and better next year. Where else can you have a chance to win so many great prizes and cash and you don’t even have to win on the track, you’re already a winner just entering the series”.
