A warm welcome to Mainland Karting.

Off the back of a successful 2014-2015 series W.P.K.A now has another new sponsor onboard and our racers have THREE new trophies to compete for.

W.P.K.A are proud to welcome "Mainland Karting" and are thrilled to announce that their contribution will be directed towards the 'development of drivers' and the 'support' of new and upcoming talent.

Of course due to their location there is also a focus specific to our South Island competitors....  Great to see.

While our series like others rewards top level drivers its main focus has always been to develop and nurture our younger less experienced racers and this new partnership with "Mainland Karting" enhances our ability to do this...

The new trophies up for grabs are:

1)   Most improved driver over the seriesMainland Karting logo.png

2)   Highest point scoring female competitor

3)   Highest point scoring South Island competitor

In addition to the above Mainland Karting will also be recognising:

"Driver of the Round" at each round with a keepsie trophy.

“To recognise the efforts and achievements of all competitors and to support the intent of W.P.K.A, Mainland Karting are delighted to give their support to NZ’s oldest running series.  Our positive experience last year has prompted us to encourage as many of our customers as possible to take part this year and we are working on ways of assisting them to do this."
