ROK CLASS WINNERS RACING IN MELBOURNE

THIS WEEKEND

This weekend drivers Liam Sceats and Jackson Rooney will complete in the 32nd City of Melbourne Titles, held at the GoJackson Rooney16.JPG Kart Club of Victoria, Todd Road Track.  This year the event has attracted over 200 entrants from all over Australia and will be a challenge for the boys, especially with the Australian rule of not allowing practice on school days leading up to a race event. Both Liam and Jackson will be completing in the Cadet 12 class.

Also competing is Kaden Probst. Kaden will also be running in the fiercely contested Cadet 12 class with the Shamick Racing team.

Competing in this event is the prize for wining their respective Cadet ROK (Liam Sceats) and Vortex Mini ROK (Jackson Rooney) classes in the Bayleys W.P.K.A Goldstar series for 2015/2016.  The prize includes the use of brand new Tony Kart chassis with a Mini ROK engine and assistance from the Tony Kart Australia team during the 2 days of racing.

These prizes are supported by Manawatu Toyota and Supreme Kart Supplies & Engines.
