Tony Kart Wins Manufacturers' Cup

Tony Kart came out on top in the battle for the Manufacturers' Cup at the Giltrap Group 2018 National Sprint Championships contested at KartSport Rotorua's Century Batteries International Raceway over Easter Weekend.

Tony Kart's inaugural win ended a two year reign by SodiKart.GG18NatSprintChampsRotaxHeavyZachZaloum92lr-1 (002).jpg

The Tony Kart points were boosted with wins in 125cc Rotax Max Heavy (Zach Zaloum), 125cc Rotax Max Junior (Jaiden Pope) and Vortex Mini ROK (Louis Sharp. NOTE: subject to appeal).

SodiKart finished a strong second with wins in three classes; 125cc Rotax Max Light (Daniel Kinsman), KZ2 and Rotax DD2 (both Mathew Kinsman).

The points were close for a number of other brands including Kosmic, Praga and FK.

Congratulations to Tony Kart importers Maurice and Kane Frost at Supreme Kart Supplies.
