Available below for download is a Master Document with the KartSport New Zealand standard Indemnity and Declaration. For convenience the document is available within the download in 3 different file formats.

This Master Document should be used for all Permit Applications. Clubs should insert details particular to their Club as appropriate, however the key portions, especially the indemnity section, should remain as per the Master Document.
