30.08.2010  Pro Kart Series and Rotax Max Challenge - Round 5 - Auckland
 

The fifth and final round of the 2010 Formula S Pro Kart Series and Rotax Max Challenge will be hosted by KartSport Auckland at the Moselle Panel & Paint Raceway, Rosebank Domain, Avondale over the weekend of 2nd and 3rd October. 27.08.2010  Rule Changes Issue 2010-9 : Technical and Round 21 Proposals
 

KartSport New Zealand has issued Rule Change 2010-9. These are mostly catch ups/tidy ups from the Technical Department including for Yamaha KT100, Raket 85, Raket 120 and Rotax Max engines and also includes changes made as a result of Round 21 proposals and directions given by Clubs at Conference. 26.08.2010  2010 KartSport New Zealand North Island Sprint Kart Championships
 

Whether you’re a competitor, supporter or avid fan there are just two places be in NZ at Labour Weekend in October – Auckland and Christchurch for the running of KartSport New Zealand’s annual North and South Island Sprint Championships. Kartsport Auckland are the proud hosts for the North Island event at their Moselle Panel & Paint Raceway in Avondale’s Rosebank Domain. 25.08.2010  43rd Annual Blossom Sprint Meeting - Supplementary Rule #1
 

The National Technical Officer has issued Supplementary Rule #1 concerning the Clubsport 120 class at the Hawkes Bay Karting Club 43rd annual Blossom meeting at the ZM Raceway over the weekend of 4th and 5th September 2010. Click here for details.

09.08.2010  Sports Tribunal Revised Sanctions Involving Cannabis
 

The Sports Tribunal of New Zealand has advised that is has revised its sanctions in anti-doping cases involving cannabis with the starting point now 4 months ineligibility (suspension). Click here for the Sports Tribunal notification letter with details.

09.08.2010  2010 KartSport New Zealand South Island Sprint Kart Championships
 

The 2010 KartSport New Zealand South Island Sprint Kart Championships will be hosted by the Christchurch Kart Club at the Armstrong Motor Group Raceway, Carrs Road, Halswell, Christchurch from 22nd to 24th October. 18.07.2010  2010 National Sprint Champs Tyre and Fuel Testing
 

The KartSport New Zealand National Technical Officer, Gary Wilson, has advised that testing of tyre and  fuel samples taken at the 2010 National Sprint Championships have been concluded. Of the samples tested, these were found to comply with the  rules and all results are now confirmed.

08.07.2010  Rule Changes Issue 2010-8 : Clarification G3.2 Clothing
 

KartSport New Zealand has issued Rule Change 2010-8 clarifying rule G3.2 - clothing - that for KartSport New Zealand sanctioned events, race suits homologated by the CIK-FIA have no expiry date. Go to the Rules and Notices page and follow the New and Updated link for the rule change details.
