As you scroll down the page each list item is a link to a matching page for that document; if the page has a title it will be shown, otherwise only the document's file name is displayed. Query Language

The text search engine allows queries to be formed from arbitrary Boolean expressions containing the keywords AND, OR, and NOT, and grouped with parentheses. For example:

kart racing

finds documents containing 'kart' or 'racing'

kart or racing

same as above

kart and racing

finds documents containing both 'kart' and 'racing'

kart not racing

finds documents containing 'kart' but not 'racing'

(kart not racing) and track

finds documents containing 'track', plus 'kart' but not 'racing'

kart*

finds documents containing words starting with 'kart'
such as karter, kartsport.
