Appeal against the disqualification imposed by the Panel of Stewards on Nicholas Cassidy on 23/10/05 at the North Island Sprint Championships - Junior Restricted 100cc Yamaha class. |

The Appeal was held in Auckland on Friday 9th December 2005 at approximately 7-45pm. The Appeal Committee was:- Robert Cunningham
Chairman The hearing concluded at approximately 11-15pm. Nicholas, being a minor, was represented by Paulette Cassidy and KartSport New Zealand was represented by National Steward, Ian Love. The Appeal Committee unanimously agreed that the Appeal be upheld and that Nicholas Cassidy be reinstated to first place. Results are now as follows: 1st Nicholas Cassidy 2nd Brandon Rogerson 3rd Mitchell Evans 4th Levi Madsen-Prinn 5th Jamie McNee 6th Daniel Kinsman |
