The SPARC Sports Tribunal met in Wellington on 24th September 2009 to hear an appeal brought by Brooke Reeve against the placings in the Junior Restricted 100cc Yamaha class at the 2009 National Sprint Championships.

The Appeal was primarily concerned with the issue of whether the judge of fact was entitled to declare a result which was contrary to the result shown by the electronic timing system.

KartSport New Zealand was represented by Mr Graham McKenzie.

Brooke Reeve was represented by D and R Reeve.

The Tribunal was :-
