The SPARC Sports Tribunal met via teleconference on 12th August 2009 to consider jurisdiction in a matter brought before it by Brook Reeve following the NZ School Championship meeting held at Hastings on 12 July. |

The appellant, Brooke Reeve, sought to appeal certain matters arising from the NZ School Championship meeting held at Hastings on 12 July. An issue as to jurisdiction before the tribunal arose.
