The Appeal was held in Nelson on Saturday 26th November 2005 @ approximately 1pm.

The Appeal Committee was:-

The hearing concluded at approximately 3.30pm. Grayson, being a minor, was represented by Paul Napier and KartSport New Zealand was represented by National Steward, Ian Love.

The Appeal Committee unanimously agreed that the Appeal be upheld and that Grayson Napier be reinstated to first place.

Appeal against the relegation imposed by the Panel of Stewards on 22/10/05 at the South Island Sprint Championships - Cadet class.
