TECHNICAL INSPECTIONS

All competitors and clubs should be aware of the fact that the only people who perform a technical inspection on an engine are :-
  1. A KartSport New Zealand Technical Officer
  2. A trainee Technical Officer working under the guidance of a KartSport New Zealand Technical Officer. This includes club days as well as permitted meetings

If as a competitor you are asked by anyone else (e.g. a club Technical Officer) to submit your engine for technical inspection you may politely refuse.
