The Vortex ROK  DVS engine became eligible for Championship competition in New Zealand on 1 May 2018 with the first major event being the 2018 KartSport New Zealand National Schools Championships, to be contested at KartSport Hawkes Bay's CHEMZ Raceway on 12-13 July 2014.

At KartSport New Zealand Championship events the Vortex ROK DVS classes will run off the front of respective 100cc Yamaha fields. At other events the Vortex ROK DVS  classes can run with other Junior or Senior classes respectively, subject to event Supplementary Rules or, at Club Days, as decided by the Chief Steward of the event.

ROK Cup New Zealand

Since 2016 Supreme Kart Supplies has promoted the ROK Cup New Zealand. The winners of the ROK Cup Vortex ROK DVS Junior and Senior classes will earn a seat at the annual ROK Cup International Finals including airfare. 

2018 ROK Cup International Final

KartSport New Zealand, in conjunction with Vortex and Supreme Kart Supplies & Engines is delighted to confirm that theparade2016crop.jpg two Vortex ROK DVS Junior class seats at the 2018 ROK Cup International Finals, October 2018, will be awarded to the first and second placegetters in the Vortex ROK  DVS Junior class at the 2018 NZ Schools Championships.
