Well, Covid has taken its toll on the ROK Cup NZL again this year as well as many other meetings, but hopefully for the final time. Two rounds were run before the series was interrupted due to the cancellation of the Easter National Sprint Championships (round 3).

Options were explored to hold another round, but this would be unfair to anyone who had entered the series and may not be able to attend due to an age class change or other commitment. For these reasons, and in accordance with Rules 2 and 8 of the Supplementary Rules, we have declared the series result from the two rounds contested to date.

The full prize pool (including the three seats to the 2022 ROK Cup Superfinals) will still be distributed, and the winners will be notified regarding these. The prizegiving for the series will be held on Saturday 25th June as part of the first Nationals event at KartSport Wellington. 

We would like to thank the clubs that ran rounds of the 2022 ROK Cup NZ series and look forward to a full series of racing next year.
