Club of the Year

This award is presented each year on the Saturday evening of the annual National Conference of Clubs. Clubs need to display not just real KPI results but also demonstrate and display innovation, inclusion and community/stakeholder impact.The award recognises not simply just outstanding Club performance but as importantly to enable KartSport as a nation of clubs to share innovation, best practice and optimum leadership skills with the entire Karting Club family of volunteers and administrators.

Timetable

Friday 14th August

Board Meeting: 9am to 5pm

Networking night: Staff/Board available from 6pm

*Informal casual get together with delegates, observers, life members, partners etc invited to attend. Celebrate the past year and engage with fellow clubs, KSNZ staff and Board members in a relaxed setting heading into the weekend.

Saturday 15th August

National Conference Day 1: 9am to 5pm

KSNZ Conference Dinner: 7pm

*1x delegate and 1x observer dinner costs covered.

Sunday 16th August

National Conference Day 2: 8am to 12pm

*Including election of officers, Notice of Motions

Conference Topic Submissions

KartSport New Zealand welcomes 2026 National Conference topic idea submissions from KartSport clubs, promoters, trade and all other stakeholders.

KartSport New Zealand are keen to ensure all parties have an opportunity to have their say ahead of working with club delegates at conference to set our strategy for years to follow. Any and all ideas and submissions are welcomed.

Networking Night

There will be a Welcome/Networking Night held on the Friday Evening - 6.00pm - 7.30pm. Light snacks provided and a Cash Bar Available.

For catering purposes - If your travel itinerary allows, and you choose, to be in attendance, please advise as such on your Accommodation Form
